| Gail Beem Gail painted this piece at Hartwood Acres last August during a PPAL Paintout. She said when she got there she had a hard time deciding what to paint then noticed light coming through the trees and across the ground in front of the house. That intrigued her. She said she usually doesn't do buildings, but found the little part of the house sticking out above the bushes delightful. This piece is in the SAMA Exhibit for 2011. Gail was asked to give a talk on her process of painting from start to finish. |
